Nexus Plus Management is a Northern Ohio owner-operator. We are not a call center that forwards your request to somebody else — the buildings on this page are ours, the maintenance crew is ours, and the office that answers the phone is ours.

Classic Rentals markets our homes
Classic Rentals is the marketing and leasing agent for Nexus Plus Management. They write and place our listings, answer inquiries from renters, schedule showings and walk approved applicants through move-in. Once you are a resident, your rent, maintenance and account are handled by the Nexus Plus office.
Classic Rentals is authorized to represent Nexus Plus Management. They do not own the buildings and they are not a separate landlord — they are working on our behalf.
Making sure it’s really us
Calls, texts and emails about a Nexus Plus home may come from Classic Rentals. If you are ever unsure, stop and verify before you send money or personal information. Every legitimate contact will come from one of the numbers in Contact below, or from an address ending in @nexusplusmanagement.com or @classicrentsolutions.com. We never ask for rent, application fees or deposits by gift card, cash app, wire transfer or cryptocurrency — payments go through the resident portal or the office. When in doubt, call 216-293-5918.

Text messaging terms (SMS/MMS)
Nexus Plus Management, and Classic Rentals acting as our marketing and leasing agent, send text messages to residents and applicants about maintenance, rent and account matters, applications, showings and property notices.
- Consent: by giving us your mobile number on an application, a lease, a maintenance request, an online inquiry or verbally, you agree to receive service-related SMS/MMS from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of renting, applying, or of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies by conversation and account activity.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or call 216-293-5918. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation and no further texts to that number.
- Quiet hours: we do not send texts between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Eastern.
- Privacy: we do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. See our privacy notice.
Privacy notice
We collect the information you give us — name, contact details, application and lease information, payment history and maintenance requests — to operate our rental housing, and we keep it in the WilCodex property management platform. We share it only with our own staff, our marketing and leasing agent (Classic Rentals), and service providers who help us operate (payment processors, screening companies, messaging carriers and our maintenance vendors), or where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. To ask what we have on file, to correct it, or to request deletion where the law allows, email Admin@NexusPlusManagement.com or write to the mailing address above.
